Surprising Pleasure

An early morning walk along the Danube is accompanied by significantly more ducks than humans. More than 25km in and a plate of Chicken Byryani resembles the day as such - an unexpected delight. The voyageur's step has a spring to it on the long walk along country roads thereafter. With ample energy left in the tank, an unexpected soirée with fellow travellers dwindles on into the early morning hours.
