Day 28 - Looking After Rations

The itinerary of two days are packed into one in the French Jura mountains. Limited options to top up on food and drink along the Doubs make it imperative to look after the sparce resources. With no shops or bakeries along the route for the following day, a quick dash into town to stock up on the few supplies available eventually brings the day on the campsite to a cold close.
